Content Creator & Social Media Marketing (Remote – Freelance 1099)

METROLUXE LLC is currently looking for creative, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our team as Content Creators & Social Media Marketing Freelancers.

This is a 100% remote position, operating under a freelance (1099) agreement, compliant with United States laws and regulations. We are focused on growing our brand through high-quality digital content and consistent online presence.

Position Overview

The selected individual will be responsible for creating and managing content for METROLUXE LLC across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The role is performance-based and requires daily involvement, strong communication, and creativity.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely while meeting clear expectations and deadlines.

Work Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday

  • Content posting days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Posting schedules may change due to U.S. holidays or company needs

  • Flexible working hours, as long as daily goals and deliverables are met

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original video and photo content for METROLUXE LLC

  • Edit videos and images using professional tools

  • Publish content according to the assigned schedule

  • Participate in phone calls or video meetings when required

  • Communicate consistently through Discord

  • Follow brand guidelines, content strategies, and performance targets

  • Represent METROLUXE LLC professionally at all times

Compensation Structure

  • Paid trial week: $50 USD

  • Base monthly payment: $150 USD

  • Payment is performance-based and depends on meeting daily goals

  • If goals are not met, payment may be partial, based only on approved work completed

  • Payments are processed according to METROLUXE LLC’s payment schedule

  • As a 1099 contractor, the individual is responsible for their own taxes

Trial Period

All candidates must complete a one-week paid trial period.
This trial is designed to evaluate:

  • Work quality

  • Communication

  • Consistency

  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals

Passing the trial does not guarantee long-term placement, but it is required to be considered for the team.

Product Usage & Ownership Policy

METROLUXE LLC may provide products to selected individuals for promotional purposes.

  • All products remain exclusive property of METROLUXE LLC

  • Products may not be sold, modified, kept, or transferred

  • Any lost, damaged, or misused product must be reimbursed

  • Failure to comply may result in termination and withheld payments

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must live in the United States or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, etc.)

  • Experience using Discord for professional communication

  • Knowledge of social media platforms

  • Experience with video and photo editing tools

  • Availability for calls and meetings when required

  • Strong creativity, responsibility, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
