At METROLUXE®, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality and style. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you envisioned, our return process is designed to be as seamless as possible. Please review our guidelines below.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following "Luxe-Standard" conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Intact Packaging: All original tags, protective films, and designer packaging must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Note: Returns that do not meet these requirements or are sent back without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender.


3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Jewelry & Accessories Charms, Pendants, Earrings, and all Jewelry.
Fashion Eyewear All Sunglasses.
Personal Care Beauty products, Fragrances, and Personal Care items.
Customized Personalized or Custom-made products.
Digital Goods E-Gift Cards and Digital VAT-tax products.
Others Perishables (food/flowers), Hazmat materials, and all Sale/Discounted items.

4. The Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Request: Contact us at metroluxe@latienditaga.com with your order number.

  2. Approval: If approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipment: Securely pack your item and send it to our specialized center:

5. Restocking Fee & Shipping

  • Return Shipping: METROLUXE® provides free return shipping for all authorized returns.

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount to cover quality inspection and processing.

6. Damages, Defects & Errors

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at metroluxe@latienditaga.com. We will prioritize your case to ensure a swift resolution. Failure to report damages promptly may void the claim.


7. Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired replacement.

8. European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition (unworn, with tags and packaging). This does not apply to items listed as non-returnable (e.g., digital goods or personal care).


9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Post-Approval: Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time (5-10 days) to post the transaction.

  • Support: If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at metroluxe@latienditaga.com.


10. Policy Updates

METROLUXE® reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page.
